Tailored programs to help every child thrive
At Aurelia Behavioral Academy, we provide a variety of specialized programs tailored to meet the unique needs of children and adolescents with autism. Each treatment plan is customized to help develop skills that promote independence, enhance school readiness, and improve social skills.
Life Skills Development
Our programs aim to teach children essential daily living skills, including personal hygiene, emotional management, personal safety, and self-advocacy
School
Readiness
Our center-based services offer children opportunities to develop foundational skills to prepare them
for school. This includes interacting with peers to become familiar with a group environment while still receiving personalized 1:1 care.
Communication & Social Skills Training
Through structured interactions and guided practice, we teach children how to express their wants and needs, navigate social interactions, build relationships, and communicate effectively with both peers and adults.
Behavior
Supports
We utilize positive behavior strategies to teach children effective communication and coping skills for behavior management and self-regulation. Our approach emphasizes positive reinforcement, and we will create an individualized plan tailored to your child’s specific needs.
The Intake Process
Consultation
Begin by filling out a confidential questionnaire. An intake specialist will contact you for an initial consultation to ensure our services meet your needs.
Intake
One of our representatives will contact you to discuss your child’s background and needs. We will also review our policies with you and explain the process.
Benefits Check
We will check with your insurance provider to determine your eligibility for services. You will need to provide proof of a medical diagnosis, a prescription for ABA therapy, and your insurance information.
Assessment
One of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) will meet with you and your child to conduct both a behavior assessment and a skills assessment. These assessments will help us develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs.
ABA Therapy
After completing the assessment, the BCBA will create a treatment plan and discuss it with you before submitting it to your insurance provider for authorization. We will also go over the recommended number of service hours. Once we receive authorization for the services, we will match your child with one of our direct care staff members to begin therapy services. ABA therapy is scheduled consistently and occurs daily from Monday to Friday.

Jodi Weber is the CEO and Co‑Founder of Aurelia Behavioral Academy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families affected by mental, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including autism. Ms. Weber recognizes the vital connection between emotional well-being and behavior change. Her diverse background and experience create a unique perspective in providing individualized holistic care.

Our Team
Our compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) have extensive experience working with children diagnosed with autism. Our BCBAs create treatment plans for your child, conduct caregiver support meetings, and supervise our dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians (BTs), who work compassionately with your child to provide ABA therapy.
